Myles Bryant is a Hip Hop/ RnB artist currently residing in Chicago. I was contacted by his manager, Jesse Frank, who simply wanted me to check out some of Myles’ music. I listened to his new single, “Moonstruck”, and was hooked instantly! I loved that he was able to put his own little twist on the traditional Hip Hop sound with the RnB style chorus. Myles Bryant is an up-and-coming artist that is sure to make waves in the music scene!
Myles grew up in San Diego and has built himself a solid fan base in California. He has had dreams of making it big since he was a kid. Myles began making music during his freshman year of high school with his “right hand producer/engineer Lvvcid and other artists like Bl3SS, DREW, and Olivia June Perez of Divine Concept”. After high school, Myles took a huge step towards his dream and moved to Chicago for school, majoring in Music Business. Once in Chicago, Jesse Frank discovered Myles Bryant while scrolling through Snapchat stories. He heard a song of Myles’ in the background of his friends story and was instantly drawn to the sound. Jesse Frank said “later down the road he began working with a producer I represent as well, LOVE, who developed the beat for “Moonstruck”. After a studio session with Myles, I described the potential I saw in him and asked him if he was willing to let me represent him. I began repping him and we decided that we needed to release songs on the big streaming platforms rather than just posting it to Soundcloud, as we want to grow.” I completely agree with this logic, because I never go on Soundcloud! “We thought that ‘Moonstruck’ would be the perfect entrance onto the streaming platforms.”
“Moonstruck” is Myles Bryant’s debut release on all major streaming platforms. This song was the perfect choice for his first major release. The first time I listened to this song, I fell in love with it. I actually sent it to a couple of friends immediately after I finished listening to it. It’s always amazing to find a new Hip Hop artist that doesn’t sound like every other basic mumble rapper out there! I am digging everything about this single. The beat is infectious and will keep you jamming along the entire time. LOVE, the producer, killed it with this one. I want to hear everything this guy produces! Myles’ voice sounds perfect and the lyrics are catchy! This is everything you want in a Hip Hop/RnB song. The way the intro builds up and moves into the vocals is sick. When the bass drops you’ll immediately starting nodding along. Myles Bryant comes in with “I’ve been feeling like I’m gonna go insane. You’ve been doing something crazy in my brain. No one wants to work I felt like a lame, and you think this all about the fucking fame. Well it ain’t…” You can’t deny the flow this guy has.
Myles Bryant is the real deal. He currently has fifty plus songs released on Soundcloud, including two full projects; “People Watching” and “Forget the Future…Forget the Past”. Myles plans to continue to release all new content to major streaming platforms to keep it fresh and unheard. He’s in the works with collaborating with other Chicago artists and is sure to release another banger soon! Give it a few months and you’ll be hearing this guy a lot more!
